Out of the Broom Closet and Into the Light!

HELLO THERE!

My name is Noelle Corvus and I am here to escape from what witches call "the broom closet"! This is all pretty nerve wrecking to be honest with you after studying and practicing for over a decade, the time feels right...

So I am a witch! Yup... It is actually a very strange word for me to even call myself (I'll probably write something about this later), but that's reality. I never even really intended to tell anyone let alone start writing on the topic in such a public way but life is crazy like that.

Just a heads up, no I don't worship satan (though some witches do, but that's a story for another time), my skin isn't green, I don't sacrifice goats or virgins over a copper bowl, or any of the other crazy stereotypes that pop into people's heads when they here the word "witch". I am actually a pretty normal person...I just happen to practice witchcraft. 

So what does being a witch mean about me? I am a very spiritual person and follow a lot of pagan philosophy and beliefs. I use crystals, plants, meditation, and a lot more to help me get through my day to day activities and to help me with longer term goals. I study to find natural ways of healing and how to use energy to my advantage. I also make one hell of a cup of tea.

I am not here to try to be the enemy of other religions or belief systems, I simply do not want to be a member of them because they do not suit me or my life. 

I actually started my online witchy blogging adventures in the Pagans & Witches community in the Amino app. I never anticipated that I would get the following that I have, especially in such a short period of time! If you are here because you know me from that community, thank you so much for your support! It is appreciated more than words can ever express! 

I hope that you all enjoy what I have to offer you here whether you are a old follower of mine or new. I will be uploading my content from Amino as well as writing some new content that will be exclusively posted here, so stayed tuned!
